I have spent a decade working directly with customers in North America, honing my skills as a strategist and becoming an expert in lean manufacturing. My focus has always been on developing a result-oriented organizational culture. 

Mr. Anandasankar graduated with an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK). 

Mr. Veluswamy brings over 50 years of experience in aerospace and defense. He began his career at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) in 1973, where he held various positions. Notably, he served as Interim CEO for HALBIT, a joint venture between HAL and Elbit Systems. He also worked as the Chief Designer for defense aircraft upgrades and simulation at the Aircraft R&D Center.

Mr. Veluswamy provides expert advice in several areas, including aircraft systems integration, design, harness assembly manufacturing, quality, documentation, airworthiness, and simulators.

Ms. Veena Balasundaram brings over 40 years of experience in aerospace and defense, with a particular expertise in aircraft prototype development. She has made significant contributions to the development of India's indigenous 4th generation light combat aircraft at the Aircraft Research & Design Centre (ARDC) in Bangalore. She holds a master's degree in aircraft production from IIT Chennai.

Ms. Veena Balasundaram retired as the Deputy General Manager (DGM) at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) in Bangalore. She offers expert advice on prototype development. 

Mr. Ramabadran brings over 40 years of experience in aerospace and defense, specializing in aircraft communication systems. During his tenure at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), he held various positions and retired as an Additional General Manager.

Mr. Ramabadran offers expert advice on avionics upgrades, system integration, system design, and system installation. He provides solutions for all issues related to conceptual design, approval, and series production.

Mr. Rajendran has over 30 years of experience in Aircraft accessories overhaul and maintenance. He joined HAL in 1983 at the Engine Division in Bangalore, starting in the production grinding section, where he machined engine components with an accuracy of one micron. At HAL, he was heading the Accessories Overhaul Division, overseeing the service and overhaul of eight hundred types of rotables for aircraft and helicopters. His core competencies include troubleshooting and production of rotables, sourcing indigenous component spares, ensuring rework schedules for spare retrieval, maintaining test rigs, and developing tools for rework. 

Mr. Rajendran retired as Additional General Manager (AGM) at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) in Bangalore. 

Mr. Upadhya is a highly accomplished aerospace engineer with over 35 years of experience, including 25 years in specialized aircraft electrical system, lighting, and harness design. Retired as Deputy General Manager at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited’s Aircraft Research and Design Centre, he led pivotal projects, including the design of patented cockpit lighting systems and weight-on-wheel simulation technology for fighter aircraft. His innovative LED-based lighting solutions significantly boosted reliability while reducing power requirements by 50%, setting new standards in energy efficiency. Widely recognized for his technical acumen, Mr. Upadhya made substantial contributions to critical aerospace publications and pilot training materials, shaping industry practices. He also developed comprehensive training documentation that accelerated new engineer onboarding by 80% and mentored junior engineers, increasing team proficiency by 80%. 

Mr. Upadhya’s legacy of technical expertise, mentorship, and innovation continues to influence the field of aerospace electrical design.

Mr. Maheshwaran brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industry. He specializes in testing aircraft hydraulics, landing gear, and flight control systems, as well as developing advanced test rigs for flight simulation. 

Notably, he has contributed to the design and development of state-of-the-art Iron Bird test rigs for the Light Combat Aircraft (LCA-Tejas), including both Air Force and Naval variants.

His expertise extends to the simulation of mission-critical events and system failures on hardware-in-the-loop test rigs, enabling the evaluation of their effects and thresholds on fighter aircraft.

Mr. Maheshwaran has also led investigations into system issues and snags, performing root cause analyses and identifying potential solutions for Bombardier commercial and business aircraft.

He has worked extensively on Bombardier products, including the Challenger series (CL600), Airbus A220, and the CRJ series (CRJ 700).

He holds two patents for:

The integration of various      undercarriage systems using a modular design concept on the Iron Bird test rig.

The design of specialized test equipment for evaluating landing gear status.
